Software Support Engineer

US Technosoft team is responsible for the design, development and operation of the companys suite of web-based software products. We are currently engaged in a major initiative to build our next generation software platform, utilizing the most cutting edge tools and technologies.

US Technosoft Team offers a great opportunity for you to:

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0.6-3 years of experience with a minimum of three months of educational or professional experience developing with one or more of the following: SQL, HTML, XML, C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, and related object oriented programming languages
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent required
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and the Software Development Life Cycle

Senior Systems Programmer

Job Description:

  • Participate as team to build and support innovative websites and powerful systems; and to deliver on game-changing initiatives
  • Collaborate with business units, stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams about existing and future business processes and services
  • Conceptualize, develop, test and implement REST web servers and websites, software systems and applications in support of business processes and services
  • Analyze software requirements for functionality, completeness and system compatibility
  • Convert software specification requirements into appropriate programming languages and frameworks
  • Write scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of in-house applications
  • Integrate 3rd party APIs and workflow sites with in-house tools and systems

  • Experience with one or more of the commonly used javascript/JQuery/AngularJS libraries and frameworks.
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgresSQL

Associate Sales Manager

We have a rewarding Associate Sales Manager position available in our Supplier Network sales department. This position will best suit talented and motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environments. Your main responsibility will be marketing our software product to industry professionals. You will serve as the initial point of contact with product users and prospective customers and will provide product information to prospects interested in viewing a product demonstration. You will be required to demonstrate strong marketing and solution-selling techniques, and work closely with the senior sales team to qualify leads and ensure the conversion of prospects into customers.

Position Duties:

  • Market our software products to prospects and industry professionals
  • Proactively contact to educate them on US Technosoft software products and industry best practices
  • Maintain and assist in developing new ways to increase current product adoption levels
  • Assist in determining the key decisions makers that purchase online marketing or software
  • Communicate the value of online advertising as it relates to generating new business

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 3 years international client handling experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone
  • Ability to handle high outbound call volume with corresponding high talk time
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Hotel, Hospitality or Software Sales experience is a plus

Digital Marketing Lead

Job Description:

  • Conceptualize tests, analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Audit all global web properties and make SEO recommendations to increase qualified traffic
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for inbound marketing
  • Research and implement latest search engine optimization recommendations
  • Coordinate closely with the managers of other marketing teams to ensure alignment throughout the department
  • Foster a collaborative environment and create condition for team effectiveness across the different functional units
  • Contribute to online marketing strategy and manage digital marketing projects
